Sophos Soft provides mobile applications designed to enhance productivity and focus. Our applications, including StudyLock, use various technologies including camera-based face detection to help users maintain focus during study sessions.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
  • Not use the Service in any way that could damage or impair it
  • Grant necessary permissions for the app to function properly

4. Permissions

Our applications may require certain device permissions to function:

  • Camera: For face detection to track focus (processed locally)
  • Accessibility Service: To detect and block apps during focus sessions
  • Display Over Other Apps: To show focus alerts
  • Notifications: To send reminders and alerts

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though this may affect app functionality.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription (Premium). Subscriptions are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy
  • Premium features are accessible only during active subscription periods

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sophos Soft. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sophos Soft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
